Starting with carefully planning a project at inception, creating budgets and schedules through to pre-qualifying contractors and managing the construction and move, Charlotte’s experience, skills and dedication to meet her client’s needs ensure the project runs smoothly.
Extensive experience working with project owners, architects, consultants, engineers, landlords and contractors has led to a strong track record of good team management, planning and completing projects on time and on budget.
