Let us Find your Critical Path

Building success through active, consistent and meticulous management

From assembling the right design and engineering teams to making top-tier contractors compete for your business, we handle the details others overlook. That's how we keep your project on time, on budget, and fully aligned with your vision — every time.

You've heard the horror stories: projects running late, going over budget, or falling apart midstream. Our experience and process are built to ensure yours isn’t one of them.

Construction management is all we do — so those stories are never your stories.

The Critical Path Advantage

Critical Path Projects is uniquely positioned to help businesses with their ground-up, retrofit or renovations construction needs. We understand and can manage the entire process, from signing a lease to coordinating design and engineering teams, finding a qualified contractor, and overseeing construction, right through to assisting you on move-in day.

Critical Path Projects represents your interests, period. Project Management for commercial construction projects is our only business. We are experts at what we do and will deliver your project for the lowest cost on schedule.

How We Save You Money

A big part of what we do is save you money. We know where to look for opportunities to efficiently save on your budget without compromising the design or quality of construction. In fact, on most projects, we will save you more than our fees!

Ensuring the design and engineering team has a clear budget to work to. The parts of the project you don't see; the mechanical, electrical and civil work is over half of the project budget. We know how to instruct the consultant teams to design as efficiently as possible so you have more money to put toward the finishes you do see.

Ensuring all work is competitively tendered to contractors and subtrades who want your business and want to compete for your work. Not all contractors want to compete and some are too busy to price competitively. We find the ones who are — ready to work and serious about earning your business.

Using our expertise and experience to negotiate savings on big ticket items you would otherwise pay full price for.
